We are so proud to have Comfort Keepers West Chester as a partner. They always answer their phones and get back to me in a timely manner with answers. We have shared cases with them and we have referred them cases when the client has an insurance need that we cannot provide. It is a great comfort to me to have partners I trust will take care of seniors in need.

Everything has been above satisfactory. Shannon has done everything on the list with expertise. I would give her an above average review looking forward to keeping shannon on a regular bases, I have added Wednesday as an extra day, Hoping to get an approval if not would be willing to pay privately. Jessica at the West Chester office has been great. She has responded in a timely fashion.
