image Upper management lacks cohesiveness, mixed messages and favoritism rule. CEO leads by fear, publicly humiliates staff and is moody and temperamental. The culture does not encourage staff to grow and learn, it's more like follow orders or else. Co- workers are nice and try to do their job but it's almost impossible when your supervisor doesn't have your back. No room for advancement unless you're willing to be a sell out. Your job is always expendable and they do not value your time and effort unless you drink the kool-aid. They have no idea what theyre doing as far as running a treatment facility, I assume theyre somehow funneling the grant money back into their own pockets somehow because its most definitely not going back into the center. The inpatient building is falling apart and the plumbing doesnt even work in most bathrooms. Yet, the administrative building is brand new and top notch- because it is for the MAT patients who pay out of pocket of course. This company has been deteriorating so much just in the past year I worked there, they went through at least 9 employees I can think of. They lost their provider, their director of nursing, and numerous other staff. I watched my supervisor push another staff member to stay over to make sure her brother got admitted the next day- then when we tried to get another patient in the same day she told us absolutely not because it was against policy The policy is patients are scheduled same day or next day, if its full already the patients have to call and hope someone answers so they can be scheduled for 2 days later- she instructed this staff member to stay after 430pm to get her brother admitted 2 days later and then told us that another patient would have to wait and call to keep policy. The favoritism doesnt just happen in the management, unfortunately they also will play favorites with patients- who are pleading for their lives most days to be able to come in for treatment.

image I love this Treatment center. Been here twice. The staff is wonderful. I got exactly what I needed there . Counseling, case management , group therapy, educational groups , sober networking. I learned here I could find a new way to live my life and I'm a much better person after my back to back residential stays at this wonderful place!!
