      image My father's car was paid in full back in 2020 still have not recieve the title for it. Next step we are on is better business bureau and lawyer.

      image Unacceptable!!! They cashed our loan checks, credited it to someone elses account, made derogatory remarks on credit and never returned phone calls or emails with all the backup requesting them to fix the error!!!

      image Balboa thrift and loan is way behind with the times. Every payment you make over the phone costs you $9.00. I live far and can't go in person to make my payment. So ridiculous! I don't trust mailing in a check either.
