Rent went high and after 1 or 2 month all the sink keep flooding and the ceiling get mold when you don't open the window during winter time. You can't use the electric at the same time because everything will shut down it happen twice. So far it would be nice apartment to live if the rent don't get high and plus nice view swimming pool in the front. I would give it a 5 star but everything change.

Very very poor management. I been complaining for a Neighbor that keeps on harassing me and the managers havent done anything. Apparently i cant even but a restraining Order because he lives right infront of me.
