One of the worst places you could send your child . They have no regards for their education . If you have a child that struggles with education i recommend you look elswhere because this is NOT the place .

Bad School my baby Nate did not receive proper care or education at this establishment. Staff is stuck up I and blatantly rude. However, there are exceptions as most teachers are kind people and when I refer to rude staff I am referring to office administrators. Nate is a good kid

My daughter  was suspended from school on07/29/2022 for defending herself from a Bully from Rancho Del Ray Middleschool. For asking a bully to stop. A bully  that was shoutingat my daughter's classmate  calling her out to fight. My daughter took the initiative to stand up for her passion to stopbullying, a passion that Rancho Del Rey middle school should be protectingas bulling should be zero tolerance. My daughter was suspended for verballyexpressing to a bully to leave her and her friends alone. My daughter wasforced to protect herself verbally from a bully when no staff was around toprotect her at that moment in time. My daughter held her ground for antbulling until staff was able to reach the area.From what I heard but no one at Rancho Del Ray wants to acknowledge is thatbully was let go on two, count them two warnings in one day. This is unsat.The suspension was corrected from, "Student got into an altercation withanother student which caused a major disruption to the safety of the school"to "Student got into a confrontation with another student which caused amajor disruption placing students' safety at risk."I cannot even begin to explain the anguish of this all. If anything mydaughter's wellbeing was the only thing at risk here. Because Rancho Del Reystaff turns wants to turn blind eye to the fact that bully not my daughterstarted the whole "Major disruption placing my daughter along with otherssafety at risk" I am livid over the fact that this school not only denied myappeal which continues to punish my daughter for trying to protect whatRancho Del Rey failed to protect, which is her right to stand up forherself. I have added this bit of knowledge for Dr. Rebecca Bravo ProgramManager in the Student Service and Rancho Del Rey Middle School- What KidsCan Do Are you being bullied? I have had two children come through here. Both have excelled in high school and are college bound. There are excellent instructors here. As for the comments above- why would you expect other adults to parent your children? Teachers aren't there as your baby sitters.....

Not a good school. Do not send your middle-schoolers here, try Eastlake Middle. I wish there was an option to give no stars because this school does not deserve any. Students lacked decency and modesty and were immature. Teachers did not try hard enough and were unnecessarily strict. Many rules were pointless and unneeded. In short, people were entitled.
