After attempting to contact Praying Mantis twice by phone the technician Don arrived to resume service after a 1 yr break. It had been difficult to get the office to return my calls prior. Don stated that there were a personnel issue in the office. Don is back and we are fine now.

Drew was very detailed in checking under our house for a rat that was decomposing and scent entering a vent. He climbed under house for inspection, checked all wire coverings around the house, found where rodents were entering. He came out several times (our roads horrible) after setting traps (only 3 young ones caught) repaired one entry door with 1/4 hardware cloth, saving me expense of rebuilding door. Uses a dehydrating bait so dead rodents dont stink after dying. He is reasonable, for he did. Very pleasant young man. . Highly recommend. Definitely use again. Services: Home inspection, General wildlife removal
