I just paid $7.00 each to get two $25 cashiers checks. That’s a 28% surcharge!!! I usually get them at my PV branch and have never been charged!!! Things are done WAY DIFFERENT IN CHINO VALLEY!!

Spare yourself the anguish and go to a different bank these people are never helpful and always unfriendly if you'd like to see someone you'll have to make an appointment and come back regardless of the situation that might put you in. I open an account with the understanding my funds would be available within 5 days turned out that was 15 days could never get my zelle account to work and last week I let it hit a zero balance when I went to deposit a check they had closed my account told me they could reopen it but they would have to hold this check also for another 15 days it is the worst banking I have ever witnessed in my 30 years of banking.
