I had an estimate done, ordered glass, and even scheduled the install for today. I get the ok to leave work three hours early at the last minute so I can be there for the install. I ended up calling 2.5 hours in the arrival window to find out that my appointment was never put on the books and that the crew isn't even in PV today. So now I look like I wanted to start my weekend early and didn't want to be at work. Not to mention, I have a new GM who's looking for this kind of stuff in the staff. Hopefully this new appointment is actually put on the schedule.

I requested a quote to replace a single pane on my slider door. It took them 2 weeks to get out to my house and over a week to come back with an estimate exceeding $800. Called Bennett and they are going to replace it for under $200.
The rep seemed upset we collar our dogs and have an outdoor kennel, his emotions appear to be reflected in our quote, in my opinion.
