Been with this company for years and always felt we had a good relationship. We have all our insurance with them, everything! One would think when we have a need we would have an agent to talk with to help us with questions and new accounts but that isnt how it works there apparently. Its just whoever answers the phone.
Called about adding a commercial account and couldnt even get a return call after multiple tries. Even the national office was no help because they kept telling me I had to speak to the local office who blew me off to begin with. Absolutely poor customer service.
I finally had to give up and search for a policy on line with another company.. At least they helped me and set up what was as they described as a basic commercial policy. Its a shame I had to go out on my own to find insurance because of a lack of support from these guys. They talk about loyalty and trust but thats not what I experienced. They dont appreciate my business.
