Awful experience as new patient. I was referred here by a colleague and waited months for my appointment then 1 month before my appointment I received a very passive aggressive voicemail from Dawn indicating that she cancelled my appointment because I "wasn't going to keep the appointment". Quite frankly she jumped to the wrong conclusion so fast I got whiplash. I've been in pain for months and really needed this appointment and was genuinely confused as to what was going on. Called back and no one could find my profile or any info on me indicating she also deleted my patient information (spoke to two staff members who stated this). When I called to speak to Dawn directly, she was horribly rude, unkind, aggressive and hung up on me. I wasn't yelling, swearing, being rude or anything, I was letting her know I planned to keep the appointment or at least reschedule since I was in pain and she refused and hung up on me while I was mid-sentence. I tried to let the manager know but have not heard back. She called once left a message, I returned her call, go no answer, left a message and never heard back. It is very clear they don't care about their community members or patients. I've worked in healthcare for over 10 years and couldn't imagine ever behaving this way towards a patient! Horrible experience and Dawn was AWFUL. Do not recommend.

I was a patient here prior to the pandemic and never missed an appointment. I stayed away during the pandemic. I called today to get an appointment and was turned away and left to suffer with a broken tooth. This is not the way to treat people. I really really thought they would help me but did not. I am still in pain and currently looking for someone else.

I was going over there for years. Nancy was very special. Now I have an insurance they do not take . I miss them. I wish they can take that insurance. I miss their work. I have not found a place like them. Thank you.

Doc is great!! Front desk? Not so much. Why are they always in a bad mood and confused about billing!??? I might stop coming here because of this.
