I've paid on time for decades. The other day I get a $2,000+ bill because they decided to start annual billing. I called and the lady she said there was no other option but to pay the 2,000. I informed her to cancel & it has taken 6 days & 11 emails to get canceled (which means I am now liable for an additiona $100). I made her mad & now she's playing childish games with my policy. Not someone I would work with again.

Brad and his agency are top notch. They are not just professional, but truly caring individuals looking out for the needs of its community members. This group prepared me before the Camp Fire tragedy, and I could not be more grateful to their service to our area.

Not all superheros wear capes!!!
Kelly with Brad Jacobsons office answered the call to action when my insurance was suddenly drop from its current carrier. Not only did she offer exceptional service but offered to review all competitive insurance quotes and advised me of areas where I was being over insured and potentially wasting money. Dont waste your time calling other insurance companies and call Kelly with Brad Jacobsons office first!!!
