I counted seven people working in total, only two people on the counter to help customers. One ring people up and one making the food. No greeting no sense of urgency. The manager who was running it at the time was more concerned about working through whos had their break and who hasnt . Zero acknowledging customers that are waiting. I usually order online for this very reason and prior experience as well, but today I chose to go in just to get food on my 30 minute lunch in 12 minutes of that is travel so I needed to get in an out very quickly. I do want to say Abigail, who rang me up was so sweet, friendly and full of energy! Hopefully she was signed in the computer under her name, not someone elses so she can get credit for this, someone needs to snatch this girl up, take them to their business and pay her more because she is an asset! Chipotle do better your expensive, people pay good money to eat your food give them the service they deserve!
