      image We have gone through the problems of cable TV from Optimum cable for over a year. They told me they would send a service person to evaluate it..he told me the problem was in our outdoor cable wiring and that he would be back next day to fix it. That never happened. I am 77yrs old and have always paid for their services. I guess my only option is to find another cable TV service. You can't get help or good service or service from Optimum.
