I recently ordered obituaries for my loved one's funeral on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. It was not to everything settled down that we noticed typos most importantly the date that was added to front of the obituary. It was not requested and they did such a rush job that I received them 15 minutes before services began. This is the second time that I have entrusted them with my business. For what you are being charged, it is ridiculous to be told that an error by the design team will cause me to suffer and lose out on $570. 00 plus applicable taxes and that they will recover only 25 obits and anything more I will have to pay an additional cost. Social media is powerful and I feel compelled to share my recent heartache about SS Media. You are supposed to secure one's dreams via obituary keepsakes and have failed me twice. Shaking my head. Also, I paid for buttons that I did not receive and still awaiting a refund. Wow, this could not be good for your business. I am truly disappointed. I will not put the obit out there out of respect for the family. Sad, very sad.

I wanted to give them a higher rating as one of the employees were very accommodating but when I pay for quality, give me quality. Had I not checked my product upon receipt, I would have not known of any errors. I think that's something they should have caught and corrected before claiming my order was ready.

We needed a lot of shirts for a huge event and we needed them in a short amount of time. Although I didn't know of this company before, someone else said they did a great job on their family reunion shirts with a short notice. So, I gave them shot. WOW! They delivered ON TIME! My team was impressed. Thank you S S Media. I loved the design. I loved the quality. I loved your staff. We will be back.

The professionalism is outstanding with SS media7. The work is amazing.
The team that works there is always on point they take care of your needs. They look and listen to what you say and put it into what you want it to be I will never use another printing service. This will always be my go to wonderful, wonderful, wonderful staff. Thank you .
