The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The lady that answers the phone at this store is incredibly rude and provides very little communication. I was set up with this company through the Allstate warranty for my TV and wish they did more diligence on their repair partners. Unless forced to use them would recommend looking elsewhere.

Terrible service, not at all professional in customer service and schedules, Ms. Leticia may be annoyed with that job because she treats clients very poorly I do not recommend it

TV Video Repair Solution contacted me less than a day after the repair was authorized by LG. Ordered my part and told me that it would be 7-10 days before the part arrived. The part arrived within five days and the office manager contacted me the following day to schedule the appointment. The repair tech, Said, arrived on time and got right to work. He argued with LG on my behalf and after two separate calls to LG he convinced them of the problem and was authorized to make the repair. He could have easily walked away and moved on to his next appointment but he understood that there was a problem even though LG would not listen. After the authorization, he quickly made the repair. Thanks to Said, I have an almost brand new working television. I would highly recommend working with them. Very smooth and seamless process.
