      image Terrible phone etiquette!! Called to speak with the Maintenance and got hung up on. I called again. A different lady answered "hello" and I told her i got disconnected and she was so rude asking, "what you need"? I need to speak with Maintenance. She rudely said they don't need anything! Well, I needed something!! Now, I'm going to have to go there I guess SMH Very rude!!!
