Purchased a Lyft from bolingbrook (can't drive due to broken ankle) to their Ashland location for a consultation to do a sew in which was discussed over the phone when making the appt, get there just for them to tell me they don't do sew ins. I asked about their other location, was told the person who does it is on maternity leave. I asked why is it listed on their website for each location, was told they are trying to remove it. What a waste of my time and money.

I love my hair extensions, they look so great and long. Marlene installed hair dreams and they look so natural. I shopped around and just liked the staff that works here. A lot of my friends noticed how better I look now. The price was worth the results.

Daria put in my hair extensions a month ago and they still look great. I’m able to workout at the gym with them up in a braid with no problem. I’m glad Daria showed my photos of the different installation options because the prices were are different. They gave me a free care kit with my extensions which included conditioner. It helped to keep my hair soft. I’ve has this service done at other salons and this place is my favorite.
