My dog loves going here. She gets very excited to visit everyone. Great day care!! Nothing bad to say about that.
Boarding.... BE AWARE... They only allow PM pickups on Sundays for boarding and then charge you an extra $30 for an "evening pickup fee". They don't disclose that info until you get the bill and they don't seem to care. I quote "Sorry you feel that way. We have classes in the mornings and don’t offer pickups, but instead of simply not allowing Sunday pickups, we just offer the evenings!" In my opinion... They are crooks and stealing an extra $30 because they don't offer any other time on Sunday. Easy way for them to make a little extra cash. It's not clearly spelled out online and its not fair to only offer 1 pick time and still charge that $30.
Maybe just be more clear about that or change your verbiage online. "Sunday pickups will occur an additional $30 fee"
Also, my dog does NOT chew on her collar or dog tags. Never has! When I picked my dog up, everything was chewed up and broken. They said "She really went after her collar" I am 100000% sure it was NOT my dog. Your employees shouldn't laugh about that either. Now I have to spend the time and money replacing everything someone else dog did.
