This is the second time I have this problem first with covid they never answer me to return the shirts I bought as all schools when remote and I lost my.money...now high school cancel uniforms this year and they don't even want to answer as they have caller ID and I already left my info as why I was calling. Shame cause this is not ethical nor professional at all.

Waited over a week for uniforms no calls were received. I called they left me on hold for over 30 minutes I just wanted to know where the uniforms I bought a lot of uniforms so good amount of money was spent. While I was on hold just to get a response I am hearing in the background more orders being taken and selling uniforms while my kid is still waiting for his. I think you have to do better if you are behind or overwhelmed with the orders maybe you should stop taking them until you catch up.
