This place is a joke, they quote you one price charge you another. A billiard insurance as a outpatient so you have to pay more. My bill should have been like 200 bucks and said it was 2,000. I will never come back.

My husband has been out of surgery with no room for a day now. I have been calling the nurse station(since 9pm last nite and this has lasted with no answer for 12 hours) he is calling me from his phone telling me he is in pain and no one has given him any pain meds!!! No one is answering any phones! This is ridiculous! Please choose another hospital for your loved ones , if u dont they will wish you would have!!

Great service. Pretty fast and clean. Very caring nature from most employees here. Top tier. Highly recommend when in need for concern of health. Depending on your situation. Fast with coming up with a diagnosis or some form of treatment. Really all depends on what brings you in. Very respectful when it comes to humans rights and accepting to personal opinions.

I am a former employee of UChicago I resigned in 2003. While working for Uchicago I was offered (at that time) a career that would allow me to financially pay for college for my son so I gave my two weeks notice to inform Uchicago of my departure. I was told at the time of submitting my resignation that If I ever decided to return that I could do so. I retired after 16 yrs. from the Chicago Transit Authority. After taking some time off I decided to return to the work field and because I enjoyed working for UChicago Hospital I applied for open positions. I have been rejected for every position I have applied for! Something or someone is constantly rejecting every opportunity to hold any position for that Hospital. I have been called for job offers only for someone to call me and resend the offer. I was recently offered a contract to hire position thru an agency to work for Ingalls memorial hospital I worked there for 9 months and was recommended by my manager to hold a permanent position. I received a congratulations email and asked to submit extensive information in which I did and guess what, a week later I got a call stating they were resending the offer. I went on an Interview for the new hospital in NWI doing the same job I was doing at Ingalls still working at Ingalls and was not considered for the position. I am convinced I've been put on a do not hire list. While working for the hospital I never missed a day, gave my best, I do not have anything in my background and can pass any drug test. I'm a good enough worker to walk away with a pension with CTA and the thanks I get from Uchicago is blackballed. Tell me why
