Customer service sucks...........SSS!!!!......they only care about new customer than loyalty ones .....even after they were charging me for a low speed at a faster speed price..........shady business!!!!!......I will be leaving soon.

Very disappointing. No humans available to help troubleshoot connectivity or technical problems in the evenings nor in the early mornings. How is this a fair practice?

Very predatory company that won't let you know about hidden fees. Their internet speeds are very slow for some reason. I have a gig and it is still very slow. I highly do not recommend.

I started the service last year and received a one year promotion. The prices don't tend to go high within a year. Surprisingly, it went up due to tax increase and I was not informed about that. I just found out recently and called the customer service rep. Her name is Lisa, she told me prices do go up and this is what it is. I don't understand what's the point of a one year promotions. And the customer service rep was like I(customer) brought to their attention this late. And they did not offer to give me credit for the price increase within a year of promotions. I would not give a single star and probably would move to other company.
Yeah I understand a promotional yearly offer. But your company has increased the price of my bill after six months of starting the service. CSR told me that every year September tax charges goes high. If thats the case why you dont disclose this information up front. I do not understand why it affected me. Also, there was no communication about any of the increase. And when I mentioned this to customer service rep, she said it is what it is. Anyways, most of one star reviews are about the sane issue, poor customer service!
