      image Terrible... I sent my order more than a week ago and they don't come... but the money was charged the next day.. and paid for a service that I didn't get.. I've been without gas for 4 days... TERRIBLE

      image Under the terms of our contract, there were certain fees that should have not been charged on an invoice from September, 2022. I spoke to the your rep and he said he is working on removing them and to just pay the invoice, net of these fees that should have never appeared on the invoice. So, we submitted payment, the account was credited by the amount of the payment, BUT THE FEES ARE STILL ON THE ACCOUNT AND THE ACCOUNT IS NOW ***IN COLLECTIONS***. What kind of company are you people running? Where is your coordination within the billing department and your representatives? Your company is awful....please remove my account from collection. Thank you
