These guys are THE professionals in Chicago!! I work for another towing company in a different state but was sent to Chicago 24 Hour Towing to retrieve a vehicle for a local auto repair shop that had broke down in Chicago. When I arrived I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They were extremely helpful with getting the car released to me and made sure I was able to load it onto my truck with no issues. The vehicle was kept in a safe and secure storage lot and all ready to go. Ive been to many towing establishments over the years and this place, without a doubt, was the best experience Ive had. If youre looking for a tow in Chicago then these are the people to go with! If Im ever in need of a towing service in this area they will be the ones I call first! Thank you guys and be safe!
