Online I booked an appointment for 6pm. I got a confirmation for 6pm digitally. I arrive at 6pm and they said our appt was at 6:30pm instead. So we waited until 6:30pm and then they were running behind and we had to wait even longer to seen. We werent seen until 6:50pm. Go elsewhere if you can. Front desk staff was rude.

My time with Madeline was the worst experience I've ever had.
She was rude, condescending, and short, telling me things like "This appointment was for nothing," "You should have looked online," and "It's not complicated."
I've never been made to feel smaller or such a waste of someone's time. Maybe others have had better luck, but run, don't walk in the other direction.
I will say, it was a stark contrast to the service I received from John Casey (2364 N Clark St. office). He was helpful, informative, and so generous with his time. Unfortunately, his office is closed until January 2023, so he wasn't an option for my quarterly taxes.
