Gianna, Erica, and Terry, were INCREDIBLE. Their customer service and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. I came to them with a pretty difficult job and the way the three of them worked together, communicated clearly with me, and kept me informed, made this process a little less stressful! I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Although the person in the FedEx office was extremely helpful (hence the two stars) the rest of the FedEx services were horrendous. Package got lost in the final destination, FedEx not taking ANY responsibility for the lose, not picking up the phone or even worse NOT calling back after they said they would with updates on the package. Paying $150 for delivery of an envelope with three pieces of paper in it, package getting lost with FedEx removing themselves from any accountability for it is ridiculous. Package was found by ourselves by calling local distributors one by one to find the package, which we did. It only took us to pick the phone and start making the calls , something FedEx does not seem know how to do anymore. FedEx you should be ashamed. Really ashamed of the level of services you offer.
