We have some loyal customers who have been visiting us for a long time and they on occasion can distract our staff from noticing you in the line. We also admit that our ordering system is not perfect and we sometimes miss customers who join the line from the right. Typically, customers that haven’t yet ordered start to the left and those that have move to the right. A few times a day a customer unknowingly will walk up to the right and we skip them because they are waiting with those who have already ordered. We always ask “Who is next?” to avoid confusion, but we may have overlooked you by mistake. We used to have a number system but that was a disaster as some customers took numbers and others didn’t.We hope that you will accept our sincere apologies and give us another chance to serve you better.
