Jay was our initial contact with Semko. He explained everything to us; came out to take measurements; sent us a quote. We had a three person crew do the removal of nine old windows and replacement of the same. The work crew was courteous, easy to have in our home, and very hard working. Our floors and furniture were covered during the installation. Time was taken to explain things about our new windows to us. I have done extensive research into window replacement companies. Semko made a long overdue job painless. There were no gimmicks or surprises. Everyone we dealt with was more than willing to answer our questions and take time with us to explain things. I am a home builder and I deal with a lot of new windows. This is the first time Ive needed replacement windows and the quotes were all over the board. Semko provided what I thought was a fair price for the entire home of windows we replaced with them in 2022. The process was smooth and communication was consistent throughout the process. The install crew was on time, professional, clean and did a great job. The quality of the window has been very good so far. I wouldnt hesitate to refer them or use them again. I reached out to multiple companies including Semko before deciding on Semko for 13 window replacements based on the significantly lower price Semko offered as well as glowing reviews anywhere I could search. I was skeptical that they would provide the level of customer service when offering the lower price than competitors but Semko was fantastic every step of the way. They stuck to their installation date, arrived on time, all windows replaced in one day and they were neat and tidy when doing so. I cannot recommend Semko enough and will also use them on any future projects I encounter. I had a great experience with Semko. The windows look great and function so much better than what I had. The guys were professional from day one, prices were solid and they took pride in their work. I'd highly recommend if you need windows.
