TERRIBLE SERVICE.......Took an expensive watch with no scratches and the return me a watch with a ton of scratches. The service guy said that I couldn't prove anything anything and he was not responsible. I definitely dont recommend this place.

Always get my shoes shined here. Guy that does them has years of experience and can make them look new. Offers other stuff for maintenance as well.

Ace Shoe Clinic has been shining my shoes for the past year or so. While relatively expensive, I believed that the convenience of the location outweighed the cost.
Towards the beginning of this year, I brought two pairs of dress shoes in to have the have the heels replaced. This service, along with shining, cost $80 and took nearly two weeks to complete.
While at work today, one of my heels fell off. I returned to Ace to have them repair the shoe and I was told that they would shine my shoes as well. I returned a few hours later only to find out that they expected me to pay for the shine. I never asked for my shoes to be shined; I was told that they would be shined. I was under the impression that Ace included the shine as a convenience for their poor craftsmanship. I told them that I should not be expected to pay since I never requested the service. In response they told me that they would never shine my shoes again.
While reading other customers' reviews, I discovered that I am not the only person to experience poor service. I would recommend that you reconsider visiting Ace when there are far more convenient and competitively priced shops in the area.

Poor service, poor quality. Brought in light tan heels that needed the tip replaced. Told me when I dropped them that it would be $12. When I went to pick them up, they had put the wrong color and size tip on their (dark brown on a light tan/gold pump). It looked awful! I had to argue with the man working there to replace it. I come back in two weeks later... they forgot to change it, and I had to argue AGAIN to get it changed to a better size/color. Then was charged $15. Never going back.
