Wait time is nominal...I've never been in the waiting area more than 10 minutes.Team does a wonderful job. Communication is terrific and not rushed.

Not coming back , service is horrible and nurses take forever to come back to your room.

I donâ€™t know if itâ€™s the facility or the doctor Iâ€™m dealing with, but the service is unacceptable. I have been trying to contact Tony Hampton for 3 weeks regarding test results and no one has contacted me yet. They wonâ€™t even answer messages in the online portal.

This doctors off is pathetic!!! Iâ€™ve been waiting over 2 months for my blood results. It just pure incompetence from the doctors staff to the call center employees. Iâ€™ve sent a complaint to get the doctors medical license revoked. I truly am discouraged by all Advocate locations. DO NOT GO TO ANY ADVOCATE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!!!!!
