I have purchased from this place a few timesand have been satisfied with the food. (Waitstaff, so..so) stopped by last week at about 1:54 pm. to order from the lunch menu: there was an employee taking an order by phone, and another taking orders from a couple inside. That, couple, had a hard time deciding what they wanted, and how they wanted them! I took a seat!...Finally, my turn! I asked if I could get the "luncheon special"?...The employee tells me the 'SPECIAL' is over at 2pm. I ask..."what time is it now"?
He responds.."2:05".....WHAT? I say, 'you know I've been here over 5 minutes waiting!"....He looks at me like I'M CRAZY!....(huh?)....I walked out! I will never go back there again!..

The phone order taker (IVY) is very rude ,,impatient,, and unprofessional.When I called back to speak to a manager she informed me that SHE DOESNT HAVE A MANAGER so thanks to her and her rude impatient behavior I give them 0 starts if I could along with a complaint to the BBB

Delivery is extremely slow food is always cold but the food is good, no appreciation for there customer, this was 4 years ago. Today 5/6/22 they changed cooks and their recipes changed the food doesn't taste good anymore and has a vinegar taste. It was not good after 3 chances I just stopped going there. Prices are higher but that's everywhere now
