This class was amazing! Art is a one of a kind instructor that will do anything to help you understand the concepts. He is engaging, knowledgeable, professional and best of all, humorous! Also, the way they have structured the instruction and resources can help anyone pass the class and estate exam. You have access to all of his class videos even after completing the class. This helped me tremendously as I was able to use the videos to review and practice for the estate exam. If you choose to take Art’s class you will definitely pass the estate exam and be a broker in no time!

My class met 3x/week for 4 hours each session. We covered a lot of info in a short time, but class was never rushed. Steve, took the time to answer all questions. If you've ever been interested in real estate, you found the right place to learn.

I am so glad I chose I Love Real Estate School for my education. I took Art's accelerated pre-license course and passed the state licensure exam just a few days later! His class is engaging, insightful, and truly provides the information necessary to pass the exam in a streamlined format. The administrative staff is also fantastic! If you're willing to put in the work and have some great laughs along the way, this place is for you! 10/10 would recommend!
