Got underarm botox here last month and loved it! Meg was super accommodating and walked me through the entire process. She made me feel at ease while giving the injections and it was over quicker than expected. Will def be going back to her when I need it again.

Posting for my 18 yo son: I've always been self conscious about my sweaty hands and fingers. After trying some lotions that really didn't work, I talked to Vitahl and they suggested botox injections.Meg did the injections and it wasn't bad at all! They worked instantly and now I'm not nervous to shake hands with anyone. I'm so happy with the results.

Very friendly staff! The office is super cute and clean and all the gals there were so sweet and talkative. I only took a star away because I got dao Botox, which I have gotten before successfully from other locations, and I did not experience or feel any numbness at all and saw no difference in the treated area, which was disappointing. It was especially strange to not feel ANYTHING different, haha. Maybe it was a bad batch? They also didnt accept my alle coupon because they said I had to spend more for the coupon to be effective. I ended up calling alle customer support so I could know what the amount was so I dont face this issue again, and they said it can be accepted for any price of service. So that was disappointing to, but maybe individual practices can make their own rules about that. I probably wont go back here for those two reasons. But otherwise, the workers are so lovely and seem knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. No bad feelings at all!

Hi Miranda,We appreciate the feedback, our office prides ourselves on the highest level of patient care. We called you to follow up on your treatment, as we always do with a new patient. We also tried to call you this week because we would love to have you back in our office for a retreatment. I did double check with Alle in regards to accepting Alle rewards and they confirmed that you couldn’t use your rewards on a treatment of less than 20 units. However, you could use a prepurchased Alle gift card. When being treated with Botox, you should not experience feeling numb in the treated area. Please let us know if you would like to be scheduled!

I started going to Vitahl the summer of 2021 to treat forehead wrinkles and crows feet. Rachel was and still is my consultant. I was a first timer, and was vey impressed with Rachel's thorough explanation on how Botox works and what it can and can't treat. She also didn't try to push any additional, unnecessary treatments, which I appreciated! She also started me off with a very light treatment to get me used to the 'feeling' of Botox before we went any heavier with treatments. I also recently started seeing Dr. Patel and she is also very professional, always makes me feel comfortable , and makes recommendations based on budget and comfort level. Vitahl's entire staff is very friendly and non-judgmental, no matter what treatment you're seeking. I will continue services here as long as I'm living in the West Loop :) Service: Skin treatments
