Friendly, honest and helpful! Andy explained the entire process to me when he came out to inspect and described how the new windows would look with the existing frame. I got a great bid and the team was extremely efficient, replacing 7 windows in just a few hours. Great experience and will use again.

Our basement glass block windows had the old jalousie windows that needed replacement, they were beyond repair. Hardy was recommended to us through a bungalow association. Jim set up a time to come out to estimate the work, then provided us with a list of options that were all reasonably priced to my expectations. The crew came out a week later to replace four glass block window insert with a new operable window. The work was done promptly, and with attention to detail as some issues I hadn't seen were pointed out to me but was not an attempt to sell me something unnecessary. Two weeks after the work there is a noticeable difference in how warm our basement is now that the windows were replaced! Best money I spent all year!
