Mary Manno was our realtor and she was AMAZING! Buying our first home was a scary experience but with Mary we felt so at ease and fully trusted her guidance throughout this process, which is why we are now in our dream home she found us! She has excellent communication, provides a wealth of knowledge during showings, and really works hard for her clients. You can tell she truly cared about what we were looking for and went out of her way numerous times to make last minute showings, answer any questions, explain what something means, etc. We are so happy in our new house and hope to stay for many many years, we would 10000% recommend working with Mary, you will not regret it!

We purchased our home in Inverness, Illinois in August 2021. Mr. Tyska was the Seller of the home and as a licensed real estate broker with Exit Real Estate Partners in Downers Grove he represented himself in the transaction. Mr Tyska had lived in the home but the home was vacant at the time of the sale.The house has a hot water boiling system in lieu of a traditional water heater. This system supplies hot water for heating as well as potable hot water for bathing. The boiler feeds hot water into a holding tank. In April, 2022 we discovered that the holding tank was leaking and had been leaking for a very long period of time as the surrounding flooring and the flooring under the tank was rotted and there was mold present. We could not see this condition when we looked at the home because the damage was concealed under and behind the washer and dryer. A portion of the floor had previously been covered with wood paneling to hide the leaking. This was a slow leak which made it difficult to detect. This condition was not disclosed to us by Mr Tyska either as his role as the Seller or the Real Estate broker. Mr. Tyska must have been aware of the situation having once lived in the home and having taken efforts to conceal the leak with wood paneling. We have taken pictures of the area both before and after repairs were made. Kelly and her team at Exit were the best. I gave her a list of my requirements for my new place, and she found several prospects that exceeded my expectations. After completing that transaction, I found myself in need of tenants for my old property until the sale could go through, and she went through the screening process of helping me find a model renter.
