Got one of their party buses for my birthday and my guests had a great time! Tony the driver was easy going and courteous. The bus had lights a stripper pole a fog machine and a great sound system. You can hook up phone or MP3 player to the sound system. There was also a TV that I didn't use but it's there for anyone who needs it. The bus has a bathroom too which was pretty useful. The only thing is that the cups were in the storage in the back and not in the bus as previously stated. That's so minor I'm not even reducing a star. Highly recommended! Our wrestling team was scheduled to leave on Sunday morning for Champaign from the North Suburbs of Chicagoland. Unfortunately the bus we scheduled didn't show up. So I found Party Bus Chicago on yelp and called & spoke with Mike. He was extremely understanding and saved the day. Within one hour he had bus with a deluxe interior. The driver was very friendly and got us there on time for the tournament. I would definitely refer Party Bus Chicago for all occasions!!!!

This was the first time I used this company and will be the last. If I could I would rate them with no stars. Il keep this short and simple DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They ran 15 minutes late to start, the driver couldn't drive the bus he said "I don't drive large buses like these you will have to walk to me" which was a block away from our pickup location, fyi I was in heels that was definitely not happening especially when I paid you money, who knows if he even had a license. It doesn't end there..the music cord they provided was terrible, the strobe lights didn't work, the bumper and every window in the bus was DUCK TAPED AND THE DOOR WAS CLOSED BY A BUNGY CORD, talk about a safe ride there and home NOT. We didn't have 20 people so we were supposed to have a smaller bus turns out they "UPGRADED" us with a bathroom with fecal matter all over the walls.. what an upgrade that was the whole bus smelled like 5 porter potties disgusting is an understatement. We mentioned this to our bus driver that we were not happy with this bus and who we could speak to about it. He said "You want to start shit with me, I am not cleaning this bus its fucking nasty, Do you want to know how much I make an hour?!" So we arrive to our destination thankfully so we can breath fresh air! Now its time to be picked up. Here we go hoping the bus will smell better, nope we were wrong it smelled WORSE if that was even possible. We were supposed to be picked up at 2, well that didn't happen our bus driver "got in an accident with no proof of a report stated we would be refunded a hundred dollars for the inconvenience, which we never received. So finally 3 am our horrible upgraded bus has arrived and the night would finally be over. The bus driver then proceeded to blast the music as everyone was trying to relax on the way home, how respectful, NOT. We tried to speak to the manager and tell him our concerns with his company he didn't care and kept telling us we got an upgrade ,we asked for HR number " they don't have one"..ridiculous. So again I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, pay someone else you will thank me later. Yes I have proof of all of the above and I will post the pictures and video later

DO NOT USE US PARTY BUS CHICAGO! Other than being on time at first location this company was TERRIBLE the rest of the day. Buses have air conditioning? What a joke. They blow hot air. VIP service? yeah if you do not want the soda, water, ice and beer they advertise. Professional drivers? Yeah if you consider jeans a t-shirt and a visor professional! Top of the line fleet? Yes they are if you consider ripped seats, holes in the wall where a stereo used to be, no working air conditioning, lights that do not work and a filthy floor top of the line. I rented their party bus and was told I would get a 36 passenger then they switched to a 28 no big deal. Upon pulling up and entering the bus looked great. It was a very warm day 90 at at 9:00am. I asked the driver while we where waiting to turn the air on and he said it was and it would get colder when we were moving. Well it got hotter not cooler! The kids were all sweating as much as the adults! Upon arriving at the location we had to remove all of our belongings. At the agreed upon pick up time I went outside to NOT find the bus waiting and 15 minutes after the pick up time my driver called and stated " the bus is out front(it was not) and he sent the white one and its air conditioning works great and it is very nice, I sent you the big one." Well I found out by "Big One" he meant the BIG PIECE OF CRAP! Lights that did not work, no beverages, NO AIR CONDITIONING and it was close to 100, a hole in the wall where a stereo or something used to be, rips all over the seats, a filthy floor and a driver in jeans, a t-shirt and a visor. Let the sweating begin! At least in the first one the kids had the dance lights and the dancing poles to occupy their time. This one was well lets just see how much you can sweat. Needless to say what was supposed to be the big highlight of my daughters birthday party was a 700 dollar let down and a waste of money. It has now been 6 days and not one of my many phone calls has been returned! SAVE YOUR MONEY THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
