Jared,We at frontier are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with your gutter delivery. We are also a bit concerned that this review is very inaccurate. Firstly, the review is dated eight months ago and refers to the owner as a man. We wondered if this was a reference to the owner's husband, who died 2 years ago. Additionally, this made us realize that this was an incident that had occurred Ten years ago. We then did some investigation which produced a wealth of record in your file. The order and delivery were all place back in the winter of 2012/2013.You and I corresponded in an effort to resolve the issue and we ended up refunding any costs for delivery and/or labor to bring the materials to you and you kept the materials. In our correspondence you stated that you did not have the measurements for our delivery because you were in the middle of a project that day and had no time to break off and get them. You said that this caused you to become upset with your wife and yell at her when she asked for them. We had to get the measurements that day because your wife said it would be better for her if we could wait until later and asked us to work off a rounded figure when we ordered the material. Additionally, we had said from the beginning that we don't deliver to Laramie in the winter due to high wind issues and our high-profile gutter truck and she had told us she would work with us on the delivery delays because she couldn't find a company to do the gutter for a reasonable price. Our driver arrived and immediately realized that he had come at a bad time due to you raising your voice and declining to provide measurements. Originally, when the order was placed it was made clear that we would need power and a place to put the gutter since you were not putting it right up. The plan was the garage, but, on this day the garage door would not open and there was no power except in the back of the house. Our driver was unable to drive across the back yard due to liability issues and tried to explain this. He was told he would do as he was told by the customer, or she would call and complain to the owner. He was also told that he would need to put the gutter in the house and when he tried to explain that the gutter lengths were much too long to do this, she became very angry and told him to leave.This is actually all detailed fairly well in your letter to us. We feel that we arrived at a bad time for the two of you and that made this delivery go poorly. You emailed these details to us on October 29, 2013, and we replied in a timely fashion in an effort to resolve the issues. You accepted our resolution at that time. Had we received some indication that this was not resolved we would have worked with you.Anne W. HolcombOwner
