Although the news I got about the repairs I needed were not good, the manager and all the other staff that i talked with were very knowledgeable and thorough. I bought a used explorer and it went from bad to worse, a water pump turned into a timing chain job at another shop, and a faulty part turned all that into an engine replacement... it's been very stressful... But Meineke to the rescue!!
New motor installed with all new components and my Explorer is running like a brand new vehicle!! So thankful for the hard work put in by the mechanic Seth! He did an amazing job!! Thank you Meineke for getting it fixed!!

Tyler at Meineke Car Care Center exhibited top-notch professionalism during both my interactions with him over the phone on Friday and in-person on Monday with an appointment.
When I initially called about a squeaking noise emanating from my engine, Tyler attentively listened to my concerns and promptly scheduled an appointment for Monday. Upon arriving at the center on Monday, Tyler meticulously inspected the belt and determined it to be in good condition. Despite this, I suggested the possibility of upgrading to a higher quality serpentine belt as a precautionary measure, based on his diagnosis.
Tyler's honesty and expertise instilled confidence in his recommendations, leading me to opt for the belt replacement. Throughout the process, Tyler remained transparent, showing me the work being carried out and thoroughly explaining the results.
His straightforward approach and commitment to delivering quality service made my experience at Meineke Car Care Center highly satisfactory. I greatly appreciate Tyler's professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
