Went in today to collect my mail, I have a virtual address at this location, the two gentlemen that are normally there and normally go to get my mail as soon as they see me were not there today and two people I've never seen were there. The older gentleman asked how he could help and i told him i was picking up my mail and provided the mailbox. He was interrupted by the woman working with him, she was rude, continued to try to tell me i dont have any mail nor a virtual address, she wanted to argue me down instead of trying to help me, the customer who helps fund her business, she was happy to tell me she was the "owner". She gave me the the corporate number and when I walked out, she told my boyfriend she was closing my account. I originally picked Postnet over Regus because it was affordable, but I guess I get what I pay for, I definitely will be switching, I rather pay more for better customer service. It's unfortunate because I've never had a problem and the two younger gentlemen were always welcoming and knew me by face (even with my mask on), this "owner" is unprofessional and doesn't care about her customers and it shows.
