I required emergency dental care and my husband scheduled the appointment. Heidi, up front, said he didnt confirm. I called desperately trying to get in for medical help the next day they were open. While trying to get help - that did result in an ambulance ride to the emergency department - I received this TEXT message: Dr. Elgohary, wanted me to reach out to you. He attempted a call to you. As Heidi would be the only lead front desk to speak with. Any other front desk would be under her and not anyone that could speak with you in regards to the situation. At this time he concurs with Heidi that we have been unable to establish a communicative working relationship for even the initial appointment
I have never met a single person there. I couldnt even get in the door with my excellent dental coverage. I dont know a lot of people who comport themselves very well while in agony, but this dentist and practice are underwhelming, to say it politely. I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone. I see why there is a One Star average review.
I suggest contacting the dental board and the BBB, assuming they are licensed and a member.

Extremely rude dentist. Very pushy and horrible bedside manner. On top of that he damaged my teeth causing me extreme pain. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this location but mainly do NOT recommend this dentist.

Customer Service is not good and one does not get the feeling that they are cared about. Also they office does not do many basic dental tasks and refers you out to other offices not caring if they accept your insurance or not. For example they do not preform root canals here.

I have tried twice now to make an appointment with this practice but can't anyone to call me back.  We are new to the area and this practice is very close to our house and got good reviews.  I've called twice and each time was told that the manager has to call me back - not sure why.  The receptionist didn't ask for any information or even my insurance and just said the manager would call me back.  I have since made an appointment with another dentist in the area right on the spot.  I'm not sure why a dentist setting up a new practice in an area where there are already many practices would not go out of it's way to at least schedule an appointment with a new patient.
