On a typical day, i would not have anything disappointing to say about the cars rented from Enterprise. This trip was a little upsetting for me, and the lack of maintenance on the cars is dangerous to customers. I recently rent a car over spring break. My daughter and I were traveling from Virginia to Atlanta, GA. The 1st car I got signaled low tire pressure. After going to the gas station and trying to fill up the tires, the light did not go off. I purchased a air tire pump to make sure I was properly filling up the tires and still with that the light did not go off. Knowing that I still had 4 hours left on my drive to Atlanta. My daughter and I stopped at an hotel for the night to see if we could get assistance from Enterprise. I called Roadside assistance and was able to get a new car the next morning. In the mist of trading the cars, my daughter left her tablet in the car and it was not found or recovered, as the associated in north Carolina told me over the phone. Not to happy about that. The day before we were due to travel back home to Virginia the oil light came on in the new car. After making arrangements to once again switch out the second car it was unsuccessful after going to 2 separate Enterprise locations and neither on of them having cars to switch out. We made it home safely but also a nervous wreck because I did not know if we would make it home safely or end up stranded on the side of the road. i spoke with Justin the manger at the Virginia location and he told me he would give me a call back on Monday morning to discuss my concerns, but I never got that call. I called that day on my way home form work, but Justin was assisting another customer and would call back. Today is Wednesday and he had not returned my call.

Justin Holloway sucks. He is not helpful. I had a unique situation & him & his manager Xana Johnson just standing there repeating there is nothing they can do when it is always something someone can do when it comes to customer service. Call somebody who knows what to do. As a military family what I experienced was the worst customer service ever. This office needs to reevaluate what young kids they have working because someone that inconsiderate needs to find another job they are capable of completing. They have no critical thinking or problem solving skills at this branch. They WILL waste your time because they are incompetent. I literally had to call their back office and do their job for them because they dont care they are just there for the check and it shows. Shut that place down or retrain and rehire your staff! Justin really sat in my face and told me I could have made a fake marriage license. Justin is rude as hell and is not professional at all!

Very unprofessional front desk associate. Between Xana and Bryce, I was extremely unsatisfied and had interacted with them 3 times with no resolution to my issue. Enterprise sent me to this location due to a mechanical issue on their previous vehicle. The intention was to swap vehicles out because the one I was driving was deemed unsafe with all the noise coming from the bottom of the car. Per their employee, there are no vehicles to swap with despite having a parking lot full of vehicles. He was persistent on telling me to drive back in this vehicle to the original enterprise to swap this one out because they had no vehicles and had to take care of their own customers. After about 30 minutes, they magically had a car which checks out fine as far as no scratches or mechanical issues. The next day I find a missing component to the center console that swallowed my belongings. I bring this to the attention of Bryce the very next morning because my AirPods are now inside this vehicle and I have no way of retrieving it. The employee tells me there is nothing they can do and to take it to a Kia dealership to have them remove the center console to retrieve my AirPods. I find out there is a 150ish fee to do that with Kia and try to have Enterprise remove my belongings. Xana and Bryce told me there was nothing they can do not even provide me with a document stating enterprise has my possessions stuck in the car.
