I've had a storage here for a couple years now. The new manager is charging rent twice a month, taking off veteran discounts, and adding late fees to auto-payments. He's on drugs or just a thief. As soon as I can get my stuff out, I'm done with that thief.

Had to move in a rush, and got lucky they just had a unit available. Thought Id only need it for a few months ended up needing it for a year and a half. I was worried to see what I would come back to. Whether it would be things ruined by water, weather or mice. I would so great-full everything was just the way I left it. The area is clean and professional. The customer service has always been exceptional. Would recommend and use again.

Ive had my storage at I-5 storage for about five yrs now they take their customers safely seriously and your unit seriously they have awesome security cameras for your safety and the safety of your unit. Their properties are clean. The owners are very polite and understanding and go out of their way to accommodate you and your situations. Im very pleased with I-5 storage I wont go with any other storage company . I like knowing they have camera through out their properties and have code excess in and out . Their prices are very reasonable .

These folks take really good care of my belongings! My unit is climate controlled and the building itself has a code, as well as the front entry gate. These are very nice, helpful people who are there on the premisis. Thank you.
