Spoke with a representative named Katie. Extremely unprofessional, short and rude. IF KATIE ANSWERS THE LINE ASK FOR A DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVE. She fails verification and this is a huge risk to yourself and the company. She should not be the face greeting customers of this company. That is a huge no no. She did not fulfill the company security policy. She did not give me a chance to verify my identity and abruptly hung up as I was trying to merely make a one time payment. Spoke with the manager Collette who was very professional and asked the questions accordingly as Katie did not. I request that the manager resolves the employment of Katie with a verbal warning along with additional training on how to properly identify and treat people as it is her job as a CSR of the company. Katies calls should be monitored and action needs to be taken right away. This is a security and safety issue. I do not feel comfortable making payments to this company at all due to this. There are many people in this world that would gladly take her position and thrive. Dynamic Collections take action before fraud is made by an employee of yours.

Up until today I've had an experience with this agency.. wasn't good, wasn't bad.. I'd call, they would take my payment and we were done. Today I called to see how much was left on my bill, this lady answered the phone. I asked how much? She replied, I questioned the answer, she came back telling me "oh, there's NO way you were told that" she then continues rambling on with attitudein her voice. When she was done I said actually I've been told this amount by the dol, the court AND by the other people that work there. She then Interrupts me and again starts "there's no way anybody told you that" and started to say something else and then I interrupted her and said I want a manager, your being rude. All of the sudden her tone changed and she says "I'm not being rude" so I repeat, "I want your manager" and then she comes back with "I am the manager". I managed to say I don't believe you and she disconnected the call. I will be calling back and continuing thus conversation.. will post updates...
