So slow and also takes 5 plus minutes for drive thru to even take your order. I went today 3/7/24 and waited 5 mins at drive thru order board before she even for to me. We're time I come here it is so incredibly slow. Where are all the workers.

Went through drive through tonight and the short girly looking one that works drive thru was rude from the start. Not only did he mess up my order and overcharge me but when I went in to confront him about his errors he was belligerent and cussed at me and called me names. Yes I went in there already angry, angry because of the way he treated me in drive thru, angry because he overcharged me and angry because he messed up the order did nothing to correct it and then had the nerve to say that he never saw me before in his life. The manager on duty was pretty rude too, she did nothing to correct him about cussing at a customer, yelling at a customer, and treating a customer like trash when I thought it was/is about the customer. I should know because I am a manager at a busy restaurant in Portland myself and for an employee to treat a customer like he treated me tonight is unacceptable and if I was his boss I would have terminated him on the spot for escalating the situation.
