I had an appointment to get new tires on my car for 9am. When I got there, they told me a few people showed up before me--without appointments--and they were being taken care of first. What's the point of making an appointment if they're going to make it "first come first serve?" I then had to wait two hours before they even started to work on my car. I was already annoyed with this but the lack of customer service and understanding from their manager made it clear to me that I as the paying customer was not as worth their time as I should be and that I would not be coming back for this service. I will also make sure everyone I know with cars will not be coming to Sears to get them taken care of.

I'm so shocked with terrible customer service there!!! I asked a lady there how much is this skirt? Because on the tag it said $10 and it was in the $4 section. She said $4 in a very rude way and turned way saying "stupid"!!!!! I told her I'm going to report you, she laughed in my face!!! When I spoke to the manager she kept on rolling her eyes and wouldn't make eye contact!!!!! She didn't even apologize!!!! It's really sad because I'm a Canadian visiting Buffalo, and I'm never going to shop there ever again!!! Just so you know, I will go out of my way to tell people not to shop there ever again!!! If I don't get a personal apology from that very rude employee asap, then I'm taking this to the next level!!! You're going to regret this!! (This was on Sunday, October 9th, 2016. From about 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm) My email is mahfts7@gmail. The apology better be soon or else...
