Life Care East Ridge facility and staff are absolutely phenomenal! FIVE STARS across the board for exceptional care, professionalism, aesthetics, cleanliness, dietary, CNAs, Nursing, Occupational and Physical therapists, all additional support staff together make a dynamic TEAM of health care professionals! The LCER TEAM have truly made the difference in my recovery! Thank you each for your commitment to serving others with excellence!

I enjoyed working here for 2 years. There is an atmosphere of genuine concern and care for residents from the staff. It is clean and the meals are well prepared. The leadership team is approachable and takes time to meet the needs of the families. Highly recommended.

Its so sad this is the nicest place around here, Ive watched my grandfather multiple times need to be changed. Hes layed up with bed sores and is left an average of 30 mins every time he uses the restroom. I changed him and his sheets last week after waiting 20 minutes for no help. The mercy of the nurses is disgusting. Hes now developed a uti, has severe dehydration, and its effecting him worse and worse everyday. I sincerely wouldnt wish this on nobody, but I know for a fact if it was one of the nurses loved ones there would be hourly checks water consumption would be monitored and you wouldnt be getting worse in the care of a professional, its a damn shame.

Life care has the nicest people working there you can cut up with everyone and they teach you a lot of thing that you thought you might know and the therapy group of very fun loving people I have work with.. but they will not cut you no slack on the therapy they are give you to do and thats what I like about them. Well I like everyone there.. they have done a great job with me and my dad and been very kind to him and me .

I stayed at Life Care Center of East Ridge for 20 days. At first I was not enthusiastic about going there, but the entire staff including the nurses, physical therapist, occupational therapist, business staff and transportation personnel were excellent. I won't forget the three meals a day. I give them 4 1/2 stars. It is difficult to please everyone's pallet. I looked forward to all my meals especially breakfast. I also want to acknowledge the maintenence crew that kept my room clean and neat, as well as the entire Center. They were great. I forgot to mention housekeeping. They are tops at getting your clothes cleaned and back to you in two days, sometimes one. Yeah! There was, Theresa, my main nurse who kept me updated on what I needed to get done each day, and just to name a few of the other exceptional nurses were Carrie, Holly, Tracy, Amber, Beverly and Dena. Sorry I can't remember everyone's name, but do appreciate all.
My OT Katie kept me smiling every morning while working me hard, and my PTs Andrea, Hans and Jessica kept me focused as well. A few of the staff who helped so much were Padilla, Caitlain, Reagan, Shanda, Angela and others, including Vince (took me to the Dr. and home), and Paul(delivered my new walker to my home).
I truly recommend Life Care Center of East Ridge.
