Definitely schedule a time. Leaving it all day may result in your vehicle being delayed until the next if they get busy, which they often are.

After seeing all the negative reviews, I decided to wait a while to post my review in case anything went wrong. I'll update if anything does later, but . . .
I have nothing negative to say at all. The appointment was available quickly, it costed less to replace a whole front windshield than my insurance deductible would charge, the staff was friendly, and they got the job done faster than I could make progress on my cellphone game. Followed the only instructions which were to not go to a car wash for 5 days, and I've not had a single issue. Starting to think maybe a lot of people saying bad stuff just didn't follow basic directions, but I'll update if anything goes wrong. It has a warranty on the work anyway.

Where do I start? They cracked my windshield 4 different times. I had to take time out of my life to come to this horrible place 4 different times so the 4th time they finally did it right well yesterday my windshield was cracked on the bottom of the windshield so I came this morning so they can replace my windshield since it is under warranty well they told me it wasnt under warranty and they can file on my insurance!!!!!!!

Im not usually one to read or write reviews but after seeing other reviews that are terrible I wanted to warn people. I just got my window replaced today. They came to my work and replaced it. I went outside about 40 minutes later with a couple of coworkers to go grab lunch. My new windshield is warped in multiple places. I was told they didnt notice it and it could be moisture. Now having to wait until tomorrow to get ANOTHER new windshield. Not a single person I talked to apologized or acted like they cared at all. Mistakes happen but they should be apologized for and made right. I didnt pay a deductible for a warped windshield and the inconvenience of having to wait another day. Picture is hard to see but MULTIPLE people have told me its not even safe to drive. Thanks safelite for putting me and my children in danger.
