The room itself was fine and clean, and the location and price was great. Thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars.
Right from check in, the experience was unpleasant. Finding where to drop off the car for check in and valet was difficult, especially because there was no one there when I pulled up.
The front desk staff were rude and cold each time.
You have to come down to valet in person when you want your car, rather than call ahead like every other hotel with valet service. Their phone line is out and you arent supposed to call the front desk for it. Because of this we were late for dinner, we thought 10 minutes was plenty but no. Wasnt busy either. When valet is the only parking option, it shouldnt be this difficult.
We called the night before checkout to ask for late checkout and were given it thanks to our platinum status. However all morning people were calling and knocking on our door asking why we havent left. Clearly no communication between staff. Very annoying.

I booked through a 3rd party site to save money. Upon arrival we were told we have to use the valet. We were not told there was a fee for this service. They didn't even give us the option to park ourselves. Took our keys and charged us 25$ to park the car and spilled peanuts all over the inside of the car. The car was spotless when we got out. I was also told the room charge was under a different card than the one I gave her for incidentals. Confusing because no it was not it was charged to the one and only card that I use. If the valet service was not free they should have let us park ourselves not wave us into the valet garage and take the key with no further explanation. The place is ran by nothing but young adults. Nothing against our youth because I am one but things probably would be ran smoother and more efficiently with people that have at least been trained on proper communication skills. While checking out there was an issue within the hotel with the keys. Staff keys would not work but guest keys did. Room was alright for the price but I certainly have had better customer service experiences in 3 star hotels. Will not be staying here again!

Amazing hotel thats right downtown where all the action is. Cant fully enjoy this town unless youre at a location such as this hotel, and the price is great. Dee is a great front desk agent and if you see him when youre checking in, know youre stay will be great. But, unless youre lookin for the convenience of breakfast being in the same building , Id save the $15 and take it to a local eatery. Its just fresh fruit, sausage, eggs, mini waffles, and a some kind of breakfast cakes.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. The ease of parking my big truck was a relief, thanks to the designated spots provided by the hotel. The entire staff, especially the receptionist Andreada, went above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. Andreada's warmth and exceptional customer service made me feel truly welcome.
Moreover, the breakfast area surpassed my expectations with its excellent buffet-style offerings. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff members were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, my stay at Holiday Inn was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.
