I waited 2hours for someone to come to my home and fix my rollator when (adrian) he arrived he immediately said he couldn't fix my chair that continue care was supposed to fix it.he said he would call someone and send them out!!!!....I didn't feel well at all I talked to someone named Steve he asked me if I could bring my chair to the facility, I took it to Riverside Dr location he tighten wheels but my seat is still not fixed right and I am in warranty,. I am not pleased with this service today at all today ...thank you

Always send wrong formula, not helpful and now they didn't bother to call to let me know her orders for supplies have expired. They screw my daughters order up every month and then expect me to bring delivery back to them. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate
