Scott took care of me, great individual, store layout was the best i've ever seen from a joseph a banks location. Inventory is outstanding. Highly recommended location.

I called in a panic today because I needed to find shoes for a wedding last-minute. Helena (i will have to double-check my receipt for her name's spelling) is knowledgeable, cool, and calm. I asked what she had for men's dress shoes in my size and desired color. She pulled two great options, sent me pics, and I was on my way there after like a 5 minute phone call. Helena helped me find the shop, was ready and waiting with the shoes, and even suggested a belt to go with them. Exceptional.
I feel that I have received service that was above and beyond what I expected and am grateful for it. I hate going uptown but the experience was certainly worth it.
