      image Never anyone in the office. Code didn't work and needed my tools..called and after 24 hours I still can't get in and nobody returned my call. Don't do it. No 24hour access..they tell me after I fill out the paperwork and pay.

      Thank you so much for your feedback. This facility does not offer 24hr access. Due to past due payments being made online there will be a delay on when the overlock will be removed. Your last payment was made during her lunch hour and was promptly removed when she returned from lunch. Please keep in mind that any past due payments made after office hours will be removed the next business day. The best way to avoid this happening in the future is to take advantage of our auto pay for the unit. You can let the manager on duty know if that would be something you are interested in. I hope this helps and thank you again for your feedback.
